We offer a flat rate of $9.95 for all orders under $150. Spend over $150 and shipping is on us! Please note that this applies to Australian orders only.

Whilst we work super quickly to pack your order, we are located in rural NSW so please be aware that freight times can vary. 

RETURNS

At Small Trading Co we want you to feel confident in ordering online with us. Should you feel the product isn't right for you, we are happy to offer refunds and exchanges, according to the following policies:

• For a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving it.
• For an exchange, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving it.
• Any returned item must be in perfect, unused condition, tags intact and with no damage to the item or the packaging.
• Gift Vouchers and clearance items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Only full priced items can be refunded or exchanged. No returns on any items in our clearance collection.
• Items purchased in promotional sales (eg. storewide percentage off) are final and are not able to be returned unless they are faulty.
• We do not refund original shipping fees and do not cover return shipping fees. Return shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is faulty.
• We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
• Refunds will be processed via the payment method used in the original sale and may take up 2-3 business days to appear in your account.
